Experience versus Exclusion

The Journey.

A leader's journey is shaped by their experiences, which not only impart knowledge but also provide opportunities to grow. However, the significance of exclusion in this journey cannot be ignored. It is through exclusion that we are compelled to explore deeper and discover solutions that are beyond the scope of our formal education.

This kind of thinking requires us to break free from the conventional methods of problem-solving and take a more innovative approach. As a result, our mentors may even question our ideas, and we may find ourselves doubting our own thought processes. But we should remember that setbacks are not failures. Instead, they provide us with an opportunity to re-evaluate the task at hand and assess whether our prior experiences are sufficient to guide us or if we need to rely on exclusion to pave the way forward.
